Partnering for long-term success.

Roland Capital Group aims to deliver exceptional returns to our investors and provide creative capital solutions to small- and medium-sized businesses. We execute two distinct but complementary capital deployment strategies.

Business building. Roland partners with owners of high-quality small- and medium-sized businesses to build for long-term success, providing capital solutions to owners looking to exit their businesses or enter their next stage of growth. We seek businesses that have a positive impact on their customers, employees, and communities.

Indirect investments. Roland partners with the world's premier investment firms to provide access to outstanding private equity performance to our limited partners.

Our team possesses deep investing and operational experience, and we are committed to producing excellent results for all transaction and business stakeholders.
