Our goal

Serve customers. Support employees. Compound returns.

Our thesis

Most businesses don't have a plan for what comes next

America is home to hundreds of thousands of profitable small businesses. They're the backbone of the economy, largely family-owned, and overwhelmingly without a succession plan.

We give those owners an opportunity to capitalize on what they've built, and then protect, professionalize, and grow their businesses — generating exceptional returns in the process.

Our mission

Buyer of choice. Steward of legacy.

We aspire to be the buyer of choice for small business owners, to be excellent stewards of their legacies, and to generate best-in-class returns to our investors.
